Joseph F Mambu MD CMD CHE – 
The Founder and President of Family Medicine, Geriatrics & Wellness, Dr. Mambu graduated from Jefferson Medical College in 1973. Board Certified in Family Practice in 1976, he also became Board certified in Geriatric Medicine in 1990. He received a certificate in Business Administration in 2001 from the University of PA and recently graduated (2010) from the University of Arizona School of Medicine in Integrated Medicine. He is pioneer in Healthcare Reform and Improving Quality Measures in patient care. He opened a new practice, Wellness & Successful Aging (WASA) this year  He splits his time up between the two practices. WASA is accepting New Patients. 

Hillary Marcus MD –
Dr. Marcus graduated from Temple University with her medical degree in 2003. She did her residency in Internal Medicine at Drexel College of Medicine at the top of her class. She was the Head of the Residency Program at Abington Hospital and started practicing at Family Medicine, Wellness and Geriatrics in 2006. 

Jay Grossman DO- 
Dr. Jay Grossman joined FMGW in 2014 after 31 years in Family Medicine. He is respected colleague in community and we are pleased to have him join us. He received his Board Certification from the American Board of Osteopathic Family Practice in 1983. He received his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. 

Lisa Albert MSN CRNP – 
Lisa is our Full Time Nurse Practitioner who treats our community and home based patients. She graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelors degree in Nursing. She received her Masters degree in Nursing at Gwynedd Mercy and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in Adult Health. She has worked with Dr. Mambu since 2003 and Dr. Marcus since 2006. She has limited office hours but is available by request. 

Bernadette Ciarciello MSN CRNP- 
​Bernadette joined our office in early 2014 and recently became a Nurse Practitioner after 12 years of Nursing. She graduated with her BSN from Immaculata University in 2006, she then graduated from La Salle in 2013 and is credentialed by the American Nurse Credentialing Center in Adult Gerontology Health.Though she primarily sees office patients, she is known to go into the community and see homebound patients as well. 

Case Management

Deborah Schettinger RN, BSN, CCM-
Deb has over 25 years experience in the Nursing field. She graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelors of Nursing in 1985 from Holy Family University. She is certified in Case Management with over 10 year’s experience. She played a vital role in our South Eastern Chronic Care Initiative Program and is available for certain patient visits upon request such as diabetic education, blood pressure management, nutritional counseling and transition of care.
